What is a dental discount plan?
A dental discount plan is not insurance, but instead a membership that provides you access to discounts of 15%-50% on services from a large national network of dentists.
How does Altogether Dental work?
We provide you discount prices on dental services within our network for a set low monthly price. Sign a up for a membership, search for a dentist in your area that's covered by our network, and when you book an appointment let them know you are an Altogether Dental member covered by Access One Consumer Health, Inc., and you'll receive dental services at a discounted rate. It's that simple!
Who can buy an Altogether Dental membership?
Anyone! Altogether Dental could be a good fit for you if you: 1. Are a student and don't have dental coverage through your parents 2. Are a freelancer or are self-employed and must secure your own benefits 3. Work for a small employer that does not offer dental benefits 4. Are a senior and are looking for a delta program to complement your Medicare medical insurance 5. Have traditional dental insurance that has large deductibles or co-pays, or has long waiting periods
Are there any hidden fees?
No! Altogether Dental charges a one-time setup fee and a small monthly subscription. That's it.
Can I get an Altogether card even when I have dental insurance?
Yes! On occasion it can even be cheaper to use your Altogether Dental card instead of insurance for some providers at some dentists.
Is Altogether Dental Insurance?
No. THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE and is not intended to replace health insurance. There are no deductibles, coverage gaps, limits, or hidden fees. This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. A list of participating providers is available on this website. A written list of participating providers, and additional information about this plan, is available by writing to the address or calling the number below. AR and TN residents will be refunded the processing fee if cancelled during the 30-Day membership.
What is an Aetna dental discount plan?
Our dental discount plan is powered by Aetna's nationwide network of dentists. If your dentist is not familiar with Altogether Dental, you can tell them about our partnership with the Aetna dental discount plan.

How can I know how much I'll be charged for a procedure?
You can ask your selected provider about the procedure and what the discounted rate is prior to your appointment.
How do I sign up to the dental discount plan?
You can start by either finding a dentist near you, or heading straight to our registration page. Registration only takes a minute and our team are on-hand if you need support.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at anytime without any fees. Simply login to your account and go to the "my account" tab and hit the unsubscribe button. Alternatively, call our customer support team on 860-979-5658.
When does the membership kick in?
Immediately after signup. There is not any waiting period. You'll have immediate access to discounts on ALL services, including restorative procedures and services from specialists.
Do I get a dental card for discounts?
All members get access to a virtual dental card which can be used to access the great savings on all dental procedures in our network.
